Crews from GRO Outdoor Living provide landscaping services at the future Black Pearl event center, on the Washougal waterfront. Kimberly Sherertz, a Black Pearl trustee, expects the 12,000-square-foot building to be completed in mid-July, and the first event is booked for August.
