Business Garrette Custom Homes, a leading Northwest home builder, will open a new concept model home and sales center in Camas.
The grand opening will take place Saturday, May 21, at 10 a.m., at 2614 N.E. 277th Ave. The home is one of the company’s award-winning plans, the Cascade. Situated on a 1-acre homesite, it is 3,459 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
According to a press release, the model home will be different than those traditionally found in an individual neighborhood. Buyers will be able to meet locally with Garrette sales representatives, consult on home plans, and see designed finishes in person.
Garrette Custom Homes builds luxury homes on large estate lots or acreage. Buyers often approach Garrette with their own lots secured or it helps them secure a lot. Then Garrette works with the buyer to select one of the more than 40 home plans.
“We are taking the product to the buyer,” said Marcus Smith, vice president of marketing for Garrette Custom Homes. “Homebuyers really like to look, touch, and feel; this concept allows us to let our customers see firsthand the kind of quality homes we build.”
