Business, News Executives and others in leadership positions are invited to identify their greatest opportunities and obstacles during a business strategy workshop.
Keith Upkes, president and chief executive officer of The Upkes Group, in Camas, will also talk about getting clear on who you are and who you are not as a company, developing a clear vision of what you need to accomplish in order to grow, and learning strategies to improve profitability.
The workshop will be held Wednesday, June 4, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the Courtyard Marriott Portland City Center, 550 S.W. Oak St. A reception will follow, featuring cocktails, appetizers and opportunities to network.
The cost to attend, $695 for a CEO/executive ticket, includes breakfast, lunch, appetizers and one cocktail.
Concepts about growth from the book, “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits: What You Must do to Increase the Value of Your Growth Firm,” by Verne Harnish, will be presented.
