Kelley makes dean’s list
Megan Kelley of Camas was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Boise State University. Kelley is a 2011 graduate of Camas High School.
Camas students make president’s list
Austin Webberley and Paige Webberley of Camas were named the president’s list at Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa. To be named to the list, students must earn at least a 3.65 GPA.
Applications sought for scholarships
The Corrine Wallace Memorial Scholarship Fund is offering financial assistance to qualified candidates either currently enrolled in a Christian college or those planning to attend one in the fall. It is offered through local churches and spearheaded by Gateway Community Church.
The fund offers $10,000 in scholarships, ranging from $500 and $3,000.
To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must be a resident of Camas or Washougal, a graduate of either Camas or Washougal high schools or home schooled.
Interested parties also must be involved in a local evangelical church, and planning to attend a local Christian college as a full-time student.
