Holland earns Eagle Scout rank

Washougal High School grad created emergency preparedness kits

Joel Edward Holland II recently received the rank of Eagle Scout, which is Scouting's highest honor.

Boy Scout Joel Edward Holland II of Troop 549 was recently awarded the rank of Eagle Scout, which is Scouting’s highest honor.

His Eagle Court of Honor was held Thursday, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Washougal.
