Several earn degrees from WWU
The following local Western Washington University graduates earned their bachelor’s or master’s degrees and were awarded diplomas.
Camas students include: Richard Jay Copsey, bachelor of arts in general studies; Sarah Elizabeth Falk, bachelor of science in environmental science; Erin Maureen Flinn, bachelor of arts, political science/social studies; Audrey Judith Goodstein, B.A. in political science/social studies; Kelsey Alexandra Johnson, B.S. in biology; Bindhu Madhavi Kumandan, bachelor of arts in psychology; Julie Louise Messinger, B.A. in design; Allison Jene Newland, B.A. in communication sciences and disorders; Arthur Gene Newland, B.A. in design; Ranae Elizabeth Scott, B.A. in English.
Washougal students include: Katherine Elise Eiford, B.S. in kinesiology/ movement studies; Kyle James Henick, B.A. in theatre; Katherine Amber Willis, B.A. in sociology; and Ainsley Anne Yeager, B.A. in design.
Locals named to honor roll
The following local students were named to Western Washington University’s spring honor roll.
To qualify for the honor roll, students must complete at least 14 graded credit hours during a quarter and be in the top 10 percent of their class. The students are Ranae Elizabeth Scott of Camas and Rachael Ann Hoover of Washougal.
Eichen lands on dean’s list
Shayna D. Eichen of Camas was named to the dean’s list at Binghamton University in New York.
To be named to the list, students must earn at least a 3.5 GPA.
