Schools 
Skyridge Middle School recently held its end of the year awards ceremony. During the assembly, the Jackson Leadership Award and Good Will Award recipients were both named.
The leadership award was given to Lindsay Weinberg, who maintains a perfect 4.0 GPA.
“She always goes above and beyond the call of duty,” a nomination e-mail states.
“She is willing to help others in a moment’s notice, always with a smile on her face.
Her fellow classmates recognize her abilities and respect her tremendously.”
The good will award was given to Tanya Davis.
“Tanya is dependable, inquisitive and introspective, a real asset to any situation,” a nomination e-mail states. “Tanya volunteers for the Humane Society, foster sits animals waiting to be adopted, helps with the Clark County Youth Board and worked at our recent school drama production.”
