Camas, Government, Latest News, News The city of Camas will launch its new, online permitting system later this month.
Beginning June 12, the City’s new Enterprise Permitting and Licensing (EPL) system by Tyler Technologies will provide applicants with all-hours access to apply for permits online, track permitting status, make inspection requests and manage application resubmissions.
The City’s community development department and fire marshal’s office will use the EPL system to receive electronic submittals and provide a more efficient application and review process for building permits, fire permits, land use reviews and review of engineering plans.
To prepare for the transition to EPL, the City’s community development department and fire marshal’s office will not accept new permit applications now through June 11.
On June 12, all new permit applications must be submitted electronically through the new Civic Access portal.
