The 2023 Washougal Youth Arts Month celebration, coordinated by the Washougal School District and the Washougal Arts and Culture Alliance (WACA), kicks off this week, featuring a variety of events and activities showcasing many forms of artwork by Washougal youth.
“The packed schedule of Washougal Youth Arts Month programs this year offers something for everyone to enjoy and showcases the many talents of Washougal kids as they learn and grow,” said Alice Yang, an art teacher at Cape Horn-Skye Elementary and Canyon Creek Middle schools.

The gallery will include multimedia, watercolor, clay, video, photography, metal and wood student-crafted pieces.
