Developers anticipate that Ninebark Apartments, a three-story, 246-unit residential complex currently being constructed on the Washougal waterfront, will open in the spring of 2023.
“Ninety-four units (will be) ready for move-in by April 1,” said Kristen Feldhusen, the director of development for Killian Pacific, the Portland-based real estate company that’s developing the complex. “The entirety of the project will finish construction by the beginning of summer 2023.”
Killian Pacific and CloudTen Residential, a Reno, Nevada-based property management company, will begin pre-leasing efforts in January 2023, according to Feldhausen.
“We have experienced a slight delay in the schedule due to supply chain issues, but we are pleased to be fully delivered in 2023,” Felhausen said. “We have had great success collaborating with our project partners R&O Construction, Holst Architecture, The Port of Camas-Washougal, the City of Washougal and many more to bring our vision to life.”
The complex will feature 246 one-, two- and three-bedroom units across eight three-story apartment buildings; a variety of amenities, including a freestanding clubhouse, lounge, “gear shed” and fitness center; connections to parks, trails and eventually the Port’s adjacent Hyas Point development; and expansive views of the Columbia River and Mount Hood.
