Latest News, News, Schools, Washougal Washougal resident Tara Poulsen is collecting previously worn formal dresses to donate to Washougal High School students for their upcoming prom.
Local residents can drop off gowns at Beauty Temptations Salon and Head 2 Toe Salon in Washougal. Poulsen will make the dresses available to Washougal High students on Friday, April 29, at the school.
