The No. 4 building offers industrial tenants 12,000 square feet of industrial space, configured into a 10,377-square-foot warehouse and a 1,623-square-foot office.
The building, located at 531 S. 28th Street in Washougal, is “well equipped for heavy power requirements,” according to the Port.
