News The Washougal School District has canceled afternoon and evening activities due to inclement weather. All after-school and evening activities that start at or after 5 p.m., on Monday, Feb. 4, are canceled, including Community Education classes, the Washougal High girls basketball game against Columbia River High, the Canyon Creek Middle School boys basketball game against Hockinson and the Jemtegaard Middle School boys basketball game against Kings Way Christian School.
Clark Regional Emergency Services Administration (CRESA) has issued a weather warning for the metro area. CRESA says temperatures are now expected to fall below freezing short after sunset today, and “moisture that has fallen will likely be freezing, leading to treacherous driving conditions” tonight and through the Tuesday morning commute.
