Jerry and Marilyn Nies and Todd and Gina Stevenson, owners of 528 Dallas, LLC, have purchased the 8,793-square-foot commercial structure and .46 acres for $535,000 from Gramercy Investment Trust, of New York. "The building, built in the 50's, has that mid-century architecture look that caught my attention the moment it went up for sale," Jerry Nies said. "It's in great condition and has a full basement --most of which is available for a future tenant." The Stevensons, owners of Medicare Instructors, will open an office next month, in Suite 110. The current lease with Bank of America is in effect through Sept. 30, 2019, with options to renew.
