Nominations are being accepted for the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce Business and Leadership Awards.
There are five awards available to Southwest Washington Businesses.
Last year the GVCC renamed the “Community Builder Award” to the “Business of the Year Award.”
This award has two categories: one for small businesses (defined as 25 employees or less) and one for large businesses making a positive impact on the community.
Individuals can apply for either the Community Champion Award or the Community Statesman Award.
The fifth award available is the “Start-up to Watch” award (defined as a business in its first five years).
Nomination forms, available at www.vancouverusa.com, are due by Friday, Aug. 12 at 5 p.m.
Award finalists will be invited to the GVCC’s annual officer installation and awards event on Thursday, Sept. 15 at the Vancouver Hilton. Award recipients will be presented with plaques.
